Privacy Policy

Summary

Mensura is provided by ZR Tech and performs AI benchmark inference on the Android device.

Mensura does not send benchmark results, prompts, model output, device measurements, or usage analytics to ZR Tech. It has no accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, or developer-operated cloud-inference service.

Information handled on the device

Mensura processes and stores the following information locally:

• device and Android version details;
• model, runtime, backend, workload, and run configuration;
• benchmark timing, token, memory, and thermal measurements;
• fixed benchmark prompts, model output, and validation results; and
• local benchmark history.

This information is stored in app-private storage and is not transmitted to ZR Tech.

Model download and local import

If the benchmark model is not installed, Mensura shows its name and approximate size and asks for approval before downloading it directly over HTTPS from Hugging Face.

As with any internet request, Hugging Face and its infrastructure providers may receive connection information such as an IP address and request headers. Their handling of that information is governed by their own terms and privacy policy.

A compatible local model file can instead be selected through Android's system document picker. Mensura copies it into app-private storage and does not upload it.

Sharing

Mensura can generate a benchmark-result image and open Android's system share sheet. Nothing is shared until the user chooses a destination. That destination handles the shared information under its own privacy policy.

Retention and deletion

The downloaded model and benchmark history remain in app-private storage until the user clears Mensura's app data or uninstalls the app. Shared copies can remain with the selected destination and must be deleted there separately.

Mensura has no online account or developer-operated server copy to delete.

Android backup and device transfer

The current Android configuration allows backup. Depending on Android and Google Account settings, Android may include eligible private app data in encrypted backup or device-to-device transfer. ZR Tech does not operate that service or receive its data.

Information sent when contacting support

If a user contacts ZR Tech by email, ZR Tech may receive the sender's email address and message. It is used to respond and retained only as long as reasonably necessary for support or legal obligations.

Children's privacy

Mensura is a technical benchmarking utility intended for adults and is not directed to children. ZR Tech does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

Security

Model downloads use HTTPS and the pinned artifact is validated before use. Local app data is protected by Android's app sandbox. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes to this policy

ZR Tech may update this policy when Mensura's features, data practices, or legal obligations change. The revised policy will appear on this page with a new last-updated date.
